The significance, magnitude, implication and consequence of the first official map of Pakistan published by the Survey of Pakistan and the Government of Pakistan

In 1950, for the very first time,  the Government of Pakistan published a map of Pakistan titled  The Map of "Pakistan and Surrounding Countries" produced by the newly created

State of Pakistan in around 1950 under the direction of Colonel Claude Arthur Key Innes-Wilson, Surveyor-General of Pakistan pertaining to the period of the Commencement of the sacrosanct Constitution of India.

The implication of the map pertaining to the period of the commencement of the Constitution of India is profound and far-reaching and verily depicts the northern International Boundary of India with East Turkistan as a legend.  The legend “Frontier Undefined” in this Survey of Pakistan map of 1950 pertaining to the period of the commencement of the Sacrosanct Constitution of India is predominantly, though not precisely, on the Kuen Lun

Range boundary depicting the Taghdumbash Pamir and Mariom Pamir, Dafdar the northernmost part of the Republic of India and the Kukalang, Yangi, Hindu-tash and Yangi Passes and the Karanghu Tagh & Yarung Kash near the old border outposts of Yangi Davan and Bringja as part of India.

This map was arbitrarily, unilaterally and ab initio illegally in accordance with his perverse whims and fancies  altered by Jawaharlal Nehru in collusion with China in 1954 in a colourable exercise of power and  a fraud perpetrated  on the Constitution of India and the people of India  whereby vast areas hitherto depicted as an integral & inalienable part of Kashmir ceased to be depicted as part of Kashmir. In any other country, there would have been an outbreak of unrest, uproar, outrage, ruckus, pandemonium, chaos and revolution and the people would have demanded the ouster of the perpetrator and demanded that the perpetrator in question be subjected to a criminal trial and brought to justice for his grave act of treason. 

The fraudulent rationale or purpose of the 1954 Nehru line published by Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru, viz. the Nehru Line which was a fraud perpetrated on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of India and the sacrosanct Constitution of India and the proud people of India was that the border was being compromised as the “Frontier should be considered a firm and definite one, which is not open to discussion with any one. A system of check posts should  be spread along this entire frontier”!  However, the treacherous and fraudulent collusive intention of Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru was exposed, divulged and proved when in 1959, The Director of the Intelligence Bureau , B.N. Mullik recommended the setting of new posts in Kashmir, at inter alia Sarigh Jilganang Kol and Palong Karpo  verily in consonance with the alleged rationale behind the 1954 Nehru line which was discussed in January 1959 at a meeting in the External Affairs Ministry in the presence of Gen. Thimayya, Chief of the Army staff and the Foreign Secretary, Mr. Subimal Dutt, who was verily  a part of Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru’s coterie. Both the Army Chief and the Foreign Secretary  opposed the proposal to open border posts at inter alia Sarigh Jilganang Kol  because according to them, the opening of the said posts would ‘provoke’ the Chinese, and create tension and “this part of the territory was useless to India”. The crux of the issue was that both Sarigh Jilganang Kol and Palong Karpo are well within the precincts of even the ab initio illegal, and null and void spurious and bogus 1954 Nehru line fraudulently fabricated and concocted unilaterally and arbitrarily by Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru in accordance with his pervert whims and fancies and in collusion with China out of the blue which had illegally surrendered vast areas of the Cis-Kuen Tract in northern Kashmir, the purpose of which purportedly was “a firm and definite one, which is not open to discussion with any one. A system of check posts should be spread along this entire frontier”.

If the Govt. of India did not in limine have the balls to depict Taghdumbash Pamir & Mariom Pamir, Dafdar, & the Kukalang, Yangi, Kilian including Katai Tam, Sanju-la & Hindu-tash Passes in Kashmir as part of India, at least the Survey of Pakistan and the Government of Pakistan

then had. It is unfortunate that Pakistan did not take a consistent stance till today denouncing, repudiating the fraudulent, bogus and  spurious line published by Jawaharlal Nehru in 1954 out of the blue and reiterate that the International boundary of Kashmir was on the watershed of the Kuen Lun Range wherein are the Kukalang, Yangi, Kilian, Sanju-la, Hindutash and Yangi Passes in Kashmir.

The crux of the issue is that no self-respecting  nation would depict her own international boundary as disputed by inter alia using the legend “Frontier Undefined” or undermine and compromise the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the nation in question by unilaterally  suo moto illegally withdrawing from the international boundary and cartographically surrendering vast lands just in anticipation  just because the adversary would in future may claim the land. It is never done by a proud self-respecting nation. China does not do it. A proud self-respecting nation espouses  the territorial integrity comprehensively  in toto and in its entirety  and does not depict her own international Boundaries as disputed or claim that the Frontier is undefined. The white colonial Anglo-Saxon English would do it in India because of their jealousy,  racial  prejudice and envy as they will one day necessarily and mandatorily have to quit India bag and baggage after looting India to the maximum as thieves  and India is their colony and they are unable to illegally colonise India and exterminate and annihilate the aboriginal and indigenous nationalities as they illegally did first in Gaelic Keltic British Britain in 449 AD,  and again subsequently in Australia or the Americas, or illegally induct foreigners en masse into their colony and supplant the native population as they did in the ancient Canaanite Nation of Palestine as is their wont. A sovereign  proud and self-respecting nation would comprehensively depict the full area as an integral and sovereign part of the country in question and would not undermine the sovereignty and territorial integrity by stating that the Frontier is undefined.   It is not for India to do that. Did the regime in independent and sovereign India after 1947 under Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru ever even once depict the International Boundary of India on the Taghdumbash Pamir and the Mariom Pamir, and Dafdar the northernmost part of the Republic of India,  and  on the Kukalang, Yangi, Kilian including Katai Tam, Sanju-la, Hindutash and Yangi Passes in Kashmir? The only thing the Government of India and the Survey of India  should have done was the identify the watershed or water parting crest  on the Kuen Lun Range if the boundary was undefined. For example the Bazar Dara River in India had the source near the Kukalang Pass in Kashmir and flowed into the Raskam River in Kashmir which is the Brahmaputra River of Kashmir, and the corresponding  Koulyan Arik Tchoup Tir  River in East Turkistan had its source across and on the other side of the Kuen Lun range near the Kukalang Pass on the Kuen Lun Range and  flowed  northwards  into the Yarkand River. The International Boundary on the water parting crest or water shed of the Kuen Lun Range in this area in question  would be around  the Kukalang pass in Kashmir. 

If only the Government of Pakistan had denounced & repudiated the illegal Nehru Line of 1954 and  upheld the northern Boundary of Kashmir to the north of Dafdar & at Kukalang, Yangi, Kilian including Katai Tam, Sanju-la & Hindutash Passes in Kashmir, the State of Pakistan would have established a high moral ground that it was Pakistan and not the motheaten State of India which  had the inclination, commitment and integrity to secure and safeguard the territorial integrity of Kashmir.

The map published by the Survey of Pakistan Government of Pakistan is verily a snub and slap in the face of Jawaharlal Nehru, the then Prime Minister of India and  proves how enormous his unilateral, arbitrary, collusive, fraudulent and unlawful act of treason which is ab initio illegal, null and  void and  non est in law and  ultra vires the sacrosanct Constitution of India, is.

After the Partition, as suggested by this map, the relations between India and Pakistan ought to have been cordial and friendly with both the countries taking a common stance  and acted in unison regarding upholding and securing the territorial integrity of India and Pakistan respectively. It was the Government of Pakistan which  requested and laid a proposal for the joint defense of the Indian Sub-continent made in the year 1959. In the words of Pakistan's first military ruler, field marshal Ayub Khan,  ‘The crux of the whole matter was that the armies of both the countries were continuing to face each other when they could have been released to defend their respective territories’….’the need to have a joint defence originates from the basic fact that India and Pakistan lived in the same region which had to be defended after an understanding between the people of the two countries’…if we ‘disengage our armed forces from facing inwards (as in Kargil) as they do today, and face them outward (as in Kukalang) , I feel we shall have a good chance of preventing a recurrence of the history of the past, which was that whenever this sub-continent was divided –and often it was divided –some one or the other invited an outsider to step in’. But of course, Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru would not have any thing of that sort. For would not the pact for  A joint defence agreement with Pakistan not provoke and antogonise China?

Pakistan's first military ruler, field marshal Ayub Khan who seized power in a coup in 1958, was wary of expansionism by Communist China. One of the measures he suggested to contain this would sound improbable today: A joint defence agreement with India.  From 1953, Chinese troops carried out localised intrusions into Hunza. In 1959, Ayub Khan declared, "any Chinese intrusion into Pakistan territory would be repelled by Pakistan with all the force at her command”. After Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru summarily and in limine spurned the proposal for A joint defence agreement with Pakistan, Pakistan  which like India was created as a non-viable state which could not suo moto defend the external boundaries was forced to succumb and capitulate and  consider or regard India as the principal enemy or adversary rather than the Chinese regime militarily occupying East Turkistan and Tibet and surrender vast territories in Kashmir to China in exchange of arms and ammunition and so-called friendship  with China pursuant to the illegal and opportunistic so-called boundary  agreement between China and Pakistan  of 1963 pertaining to territory in India extending from the Chhogori Peak K2 in the Karakoram Range  and the Shaksgam Valley in central Kashmir to the Dafdar in the Taghdumbash Pamir and Mariom Pamir.

The hesitation of  the Government of India in limine to depict the International border of India with East Turkistan on the Kuen Lun Range in Kashmir on the  Taghdumbash Pamir, & the Kukalang, Yangi, Kilian including Katai Tam, Sanju-la and  Hindu-tash Passes was a habitual and chronic conduct of subservience and  servitude and  emphasised the lack of commitment and inclination  to protect the territorial integrity of Kashmir.  This pernicious conduct has subsisted till date with the National Security Advisor  Mr Ajit Doval's obnoxious and notorious statement  that sovereignty extends only "Up to the last point where our border soldier is able to go and put his foot down". His statement that sovereignty extends only "Up to the last point where our border soldier is able to go and put his foot down" is per se false fraudulent mischievous collusive anti-national act for which the Government of India should have taken punitive action against Mr. Ajit Doval. Such a person like Ajit Doval is unfit and incompetent for holding the post of National Security Advisor (NSA). He is per se imperiling the sovereignty and territorial integrity of India and he should be summarily be removed and terminated by the  Government of India. 

The only solace for the proud people of India is that the whole procedure of treason initiated by Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru is a bogus and spurious fraudulent colourable exercise of power and is per se ab initio illegal and null and void and non est in law and ultra vires the sacrosanct Constitution of India and is inevitably waiting to be annulled and vitiated by fraud perpetrated on the sacrosanct Constitution of India and the proud people of India and undone and the de jure International Boundary of India with East Turkistan on the Kuen Lun Range in northern Kashmir wherein are the Taghdumbash Pamir and Mariom Pamir, Dafdar the northernmost part of the Republic of India, and the  Kukalang, Yangi, Kilian including Katai Tam, Sanju-la and Hindu-tash Passes in northern Kashmir be restored and vindicated. So there. 

The true relevance of India in the international community of nations under the present dispensation

How much India is worth and the respect she holds and commands from

India does not have a history of publishing maps of the United States of America, Europe, the Levant or East Asia. Besides The so-called Press in India including inter alia The Hindu, India's antinational newspaper, The Times of India, India Today all in collusion with the Regime in China and  other states hostile to the very idea of India publish maps depicting Aksai Chin as allegedly not part of India and these so-called Indian Press do not have a history of publishing maps depicting the International Boundaries of the United States of America, Europe, East Asia and the Levant and these so called India Preses are not prosecuted, punished and punitive action is not taken against them even with retrospective effect by closing these press down and by storming and confisicating their premises. There has to be a legislation enacted to carry this out.

Salman Rashid , the renowned historian and Travelogue Writer of Pakistan and fellow of the Royal

Geographical Society in his YouTube Channel makes certain statements in the video post titled "Border Adjustment | Aik Musafir Ki Duniya" which are incorrect obviously because of his insufficient understanding, awareness and knowledge and necessarily needs to be denied and clarified. He talks of the Aghil Dawan Pass and presumably proceeds on the false premise that it is the Aghil Dawan Pass or Aghil Range which is on the International Border of India with Chinese Occupied East Turkistan or so-called  "Xinjiang"  and states that the Shaksgam Tract was entirely in Pre-partitioned India, whereas the entire Shaksgam Tract

is in the interior of Kashmir and not a Border area and it is the

Raskam Tract in Kashmir adjoining the International Boundary of India on the Kuen Lun Range bordering East Turkistan  which borders East

Turkistan.   The Raskam River is entirely in India in the highlands of Kashmir till the river turns north and then enters into East Turkistan through a gap in the Kuen Lun Range just like the Brahmaputra River predominantly flows in Tibet and then enters India at the massif of the Namcha Barva in the Assam Himalaya. In fact, the Raskam River is the Brahmaputra of Kashmir, or vice versa The Tsang Po or Brahmaputra is the Raskam of Tibet. The entire Raskam Tract adjoining the Kuen Lun Range in

northern Kashmir is in the erstwhile principality of Kanjut whose capital is Baltit in the Hunza River. Kanjut comprised the three distinct areas all in the Highlands of Kashmir viz. the Taghdumbash Pamir and Mariom Pamir and Dafdar,  the Raskam Tract which included the Kukalang, Yangi and Kilian Passes in the Kuen Lun Range in northern Kashmir, and thirdly the Hunza Valley with the capital city of Baltit. Aksai Chin is historically and geographically a part of Ladakh and bordered ancient Indian Kingdom of Khotan in Greater India on the Kuen Lun Range wherein are the Sanju-la and Hindu-tash Passes in Ladakh the eastern portion of which  included the Ngari Khorsum and Shangshung. The state of Kashmir had in exercise of her Sovereignty and territorial integrity constructed a fort at Shahidullah in northeastern Kashmir to inter alia control the Kirghiz thieves and nomads.
