premise that the ab initio illegal and null and void and ultra vires the Sacrosanct Constitution of India, Nehru Line published arbitrarily out of the blue in 1954 by Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru in collusion with the Regime in China as the alleged so-called International Boundary of India with East Turkistan is allegedly the legitimate and de jure international Boundary of India with East Turkistan and thus the control of Siachen Glacier in central Kashmir is a sine qua non to prevent Pakistan Occupied Kashmir from connecting with the moth eaten alleged borders of Aksai Chin situate east of the Karakoram Pass as per the very same aforesaid Nehru Line, but the fact is that neither is Siachen Glacier nor the Karakoram Peak in Central Kashmir
anywhere near the International Boundary and are situate deep in the interior of Kashmir, nor is the control of Siachen essential to prevent Pakistan Occupied Kashmir from connecting with moth-eaten Aksai Chin because Aksai Chin in its entirety extends to the Sanju-la and Hindu-tash Passes 36°26'29"N 78°46'40"E in Ladakh 🇮🇳 on the Kuen
Lun Range in northern Kashmir and even the Chinese regime's opportunistic so-called border agreement with
Pakistan whereby the Cis-Kuen Lun Tract in Kashmir extending from the Shaksgam and Chhogori Peak K2 in central Kashmir to the Taghdumbash Pamir and Mariom Pamir, and Dafdar in northernmost Kashmir and the Kukalang, Yangi, Kilian, Sanju-la and Hindu-tash Passes in northern Kashmir was illegally ceded to the Chinese Empire in East Turkistan is per se opportunistic and illegal as both China and Pakistan have dealt with territory which is a sovereign part of the Republic of India and neither the Chinese nor the Pakistanis have the locus standi to deal with a sovereign part of India.
